I don't have a title again

I actually realized what was so unlucky about my Friday the 13th this year a few hours after I posted my entry for that day--my cellphone got disconnected, and it's not even my fault! The &^*$% service provider screwed up my last payment and put it in somebody else's account. And then they still had the gall to cut off my line when I've been the good subscriber, paying my dues on time, all this time. I had to wait more than a week for the line to get re-connected and call their Customer Service hotline almost everyday. I even went to one of their service centers, and still, my line got reconnected only at around 3PM today--after I called them again to remind them for the nth time that they're such stupid screw-ups for doing this to me. I deserve a g*d*a*n apology! They're lucky I like my number so much and all my friends already know it--that's really mostly the only reason I'm still staying with them, well, aside from the fact that I don't really think it'd be any better if I was subscribed to some other service provider since I'm pretty sure that they're bound to have idiot employees too.

So yeah, I'm acknowledging the possibility that it really was just an honest mistake and that it could've happened to any other subscriber/cellphone owner, just like how it is with snatching and hold-ups. I was just really unlucky. But it doesn't make what happened any less frustrating.

And you know what else is frustrating? Waiting for The Drake and Josh Show. Why does it have to be shown only on Fridays? Doesn't anybody out there know of other schedules for this show? And does anyone know (what time it is? Nah, just kidding, I'm not going to talk about Home Improvement (or Tool Time, for that matter) who Ashlee Simpson is? Well, I used to not know. But now I do. And I'm again thinking it's the work of fate.

See, I just read a news item about Drake Bell earlier (you'll notice that the last entry I posted was about him too, and that I just added an icon with his picture on the "Quizzes & Stuff" part of my blog) that he was featured on one of the teen magazines in the US. The website said that the particular magazine had Ashlee Simpson on the cover. Anyway, I remember wondering at the time, who in the world Ashlee Simpson was and how would I be able to get that magazine with Drake in it if I didn't know what she looked like?

Okay, so I knew that the names of the cover models were usually also printed on the cover, but still, it's easier to find a magazine if one already knew how the person on the cover looks like, right? Anyway, to my convenience, right after I saw that news on a website and turned the television on, it was on MTV, and it was playing, exactly, the advertisement for Ashlee Simpson's album (I forgot the title now, but I remember her face--which is really all I need to remember I guess (Actually, is 'Ashlee' even the right spelling of her name?)), so I right away knew who she was. I didn't even have to look her up on the internet. Isn't that great?

But speaking of looking people up on the internet and finding them on covers of magazines...

I just read an article on GQ (I went with my Dad and my brother to the place where they had their suits (for my cousin's wedding on September) made and so had access to several issues of magazines for guys, specifically the GQ with Orlando Bloom on the cover) about "everybody's favorite elf" and found out that when Orly was a kid (actually 'til now) he played pretty rough games and was injured pretty often and so was always in and out of the hospital (he's already cracked his skull, broken his legs, and his arms, and nursed several bruises, etc.) that the hospital staff thought he was being abused/beaten by his parents. He wasn't, of course, and so it was just a laugh to know that in some way he's actually like Home Improvement's Tim Taylor (who the hospital staff in Detroit (in the show) also knew and already considered a friend). But what does that have to do with anything?

I just feel kind of bad about not being able to finish reading the article (we had to leave for my cousin's birthday party shortly after my Dad and brother's fitting session). I still found out a few cool stuff though. Did you know that "Orlando Bloom" was the most searched-for item on the internet in 2002? It doesn't really surprise me. I'm pretty sure I even contributed to that statistic.

As in, exactly in 2002. Because lately, I've been so obsessed with Drake Bell that I think I like him just as much as I like Takeshi Yasutoko. And it reminds me of how I was so obsessed with Orlando Bloom too a few years back (when LOTR first came out). It doesn't really matter. I'm just overly amused with the fact that my three biggest celebrity crushes are, from the east (Japan), from the west (USA), and from middle Earth. Hehehe.

Well, whaddya know? I was able to connect my thoughts and not have to use that <hr> tool so as to show that the paragraphs are of different topics.

For someone who can't think of a particular theme/title for an entry though, and hasn't really organized her thoughts, I sure seem to talk a lot. :P
