Truth? I didn't really like that the last entry here be titled 'Dream' to last too long. It might make me sound like some naive sentimental girl, which okay, sometimes I am, but not all the time. And yes, I did say that this blog would most probably be all about Takeshi, but I did say 'most probably' that means I can still write some stuff that aren't related to Takeshi. So before I get too defensive, let me get on with what this entry's about.
For the past few hours, I've been checking out the other blogs in this server, and I must say I'm very much impressed, with all of them. I didn't read everything written and didn't really look at all the pictures, but I was still fascinated, because all the pages, although some had the same default layouts that the server provides, were all still unique. And just from the colors and banners, the different personalities of the blog owners were already obvious. It was easy to tell which blogs were full of entries that were angsty, sentimental, happy, or cynical. So, it was a really fun experience.
Who would have ever thought that finding out about other people's lives would be fun? Actually I would. In fact I've always been fascinated with how people socialize, and admittedly, whenever I overhear a conversation, I always listen. Not really to gossip about it, but it just somehow satisfies a bit of my overflowing curiosity about how and why people relate to each other. And besides, whatever you put in your blog, you're aware that anyone will be able to see, right? So it's not as if I'm snooping around. But that's even the beauty of this whole thing. Because all the information you come across then, are stuff that you're sure people are willing to share, so you don't feel guilty about knowing things, and so you can just read on and on and on and then relate and then learn...
I guess I'm babbling. But anyway, the point really of this entry is that I'm grateful for whomever it was who chose to invent blogs. It'll make understanding people so much easier.
(Obviously I'm still so new to this whole blog thing that I'm writing entries about how blogs affect me. Maybe I'm really just stalling for time until I figure out what next to tell you about the Yasutoko Brothers, who knows?)

well, nice thoughts there! I kinda relate you to myself now. I agree on the 'learn how people relate' point. Porbably the main motivation to blog.
But I dont think blogging is invented. It's just a mere revolution of personal diary. Some people do it for themselves, about thier life, problems, some for politics, there are all sort of expects to it.
Shit, I feel like i'm lecturing you. Arghh.... dont take it the wrong way. I kinda find you interesting to talk... hence the long conversation. Next time you come visit my blog, post in the comments section... i dont really like people to tag on the tagboard. Cheers! | |
