2005 Review

Okay, perhaps this is a bit late, but hey, I said I couldn't think of an entry for the new year. I'm desperate for an update! Hopefully this will suffice. This was taken from The Daily Inquibbler by the way. Just to give credit where credit is due. Thanks Fil!

1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?

Eat at McDonald's Boni Station. Take the LRT2. Go to Gateway Mall. Ang dami pala!

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

I never make resolutions. I hate change. Hehe. At, tamad ako. Tongue

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

Yeah, my cousin's wife, though come to think of it, we're not really that close.

4. Did anyone close to you die?

I don't think so.

5. What countries did you visit?

Singapore and Malaysia.

6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?

Something I haven't had since 1984.

7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

Gosh marami!! XD Um, September 17 of course, and then all the dates that came afterwards. Why? Kasi astig ang last quarter ng taon na'to. XD

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Haha! I don't think I even have small achievements!

9. What was your biggest failure?

Hmm... Not getting the Mombukagakusho Scholarship.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?

Nothing significant enough to tell.

11. What was the best thing you bought?

Magic Sing! XD

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?

Marami 'eh.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

Siguro 'yung girl sa Glorieta na nag-iwan ng basura sa bench samantalang napaka
lapit lang ng basurahan. DX

14. Where did most of your money go?

Food! Movies! And surprisingly, clothes. At least they're the three basic necessities. Ay wait, shelter pala 'yung isa. Whatever!

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?

Actually... Wala naman. Haha, how boring.

16. What song(s) will always remind you of 2005?

Pinoy Ako, I guess, even if I never watched PBB. And, umm... Hale songs at Sponge Cola.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:

i. happier or sadder? -- happier
ii. thinner or fatter? -- about the same. wala bang taller or shorter? haha.
iii. richer or poorer? -- richer, would you believe? pero tapos na ang taon at magiging poorer na ulet. Hurmph

18. What do you wish you'd done more?

Read books at mag-ipon ng sweldo

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?

Thinking, and self-pity.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?

I spent it with my family, like always.

21. Did you fall in love in 2005?

Huh?! Ano 'yun?

22. How many one-night stands?

Ew.

23. What was your favorite TV program?

I didn't really get to watch TV that much. Umm... Drake and Josh pa rin. At MTV Whatever Things. :P

24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

I can't remember anyone I hate at the moment, so probably not.

25. What was the best book you read?

Did I finish reading any book this year? 'Di ko maalala. x.x

26. What was your greatest musical discovery?

Siling Giniling!

27. What did you want and get?

Magic Sing pa rin! :P

28. What was your favorite film of this year?

Actually, wala. I mean, I liked a lot of films, but none to the level of "favorite". Siguro the closest would be HP4.

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?

Magic Sing 'til morning with my high school and some college friends. Astig talaga!! XD I turned 21.

30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

Can one thing really make anything immeasurably more satisfying? Siguro... Isa pang Tag Chip ng Magic Sing.

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?

Hmm... Medyo nakiki-uso at lalong nagiging girly.

32. What kept you sane?

Umm... I don't think I'm sane to begin with so I can't be kept that way. :P

33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?

Takeshi Yasutoko still, and Edison Chen!

34. What political issue stirred you the most?

None. I don't care much for politics.

35. Who did you miss?

'Yung sarili ko when I liked Anime. Camp people, and Min Soung, my favorite student. cry

36. Who were the best new people you met?

Best person lang. Haha.

37. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005:

Nothing lasts.

38. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:

"Bitin na bitin ako!" - Gary V, 'Di Bale Na Lang Kaya
